稠油开采新思路─油层催化裂化技术

NEW IDEA FOR HEAVY OIL RECOVERY-IN SITU OIL CATALYSIS AND CRACK TECHNOLOGY

  • 摘要: 简要分析了稠油常规开采法存在的问题,如稠油开采中由于粘度太高导致井液在地展渗流、井筒流动及地面集特异常困难,提出了一种解决的新思路一油层催化裂化技术,并对油层催化裂化技术的机理及实施技术进行了初步探讨,进而提出了该技术的实施尚需研究解决的有关问题及其思路。

     

    Abstract: This paper simply analyzed the problems remained in conventional recovery methods for heavy oil reservoirs. For example, due to very high viscosity in production, formation flow, well bore flow and surface fluid gathering are very difficult. Therefore, a new idea named formation oil catalysis and crack technology is provided to solve the problems in the paper, and it also discussed the mechanism of formation oil catalysis and crack and their technical process initially. Further. more, it points out the related problems and guidelines which still needs to be studied and solved for field application.
