赵46高压油气井固井技术

CEMENTING TECHNIQUES FOR HIGH PRESSURE OIL-GAS WELL OF ZHAO-46

  • 摘要: 华北油田赵46井产层存在高压油气层,钻井液密度小于1.10g/cm3时即发生气侵井涌,大于1.18g/cm3时即发生井漏。通过采用管外封隔器及配套工具,优化水泥浆性能,在自由段套管使用特殊螺纹脂等措施,达到了安全下套管、优质固井和防止自由段套管丝扣泄漏的目的。

     

    Abstract: High pressure oil and gas formation were contained in the producing zone of Zhao-46 in Huabei oilfield. Gas cutting and well kicking occurred if the density of drilling fluid is lighter than 1. 10g/cm3, and mud losing occurred if the density is heavier than 1. 18g/cm3. By using external casing packer and corollary tools, special threaded aliphatic in the free section of the casings and optimized performance of cement slurry, the casings can be run safely, the well can be cemented with high grade and the casing threads of free section can be prevented from leaking.
