STUDY AND APPLICATION OF THE THERMAL EFFECT OF DEEP PUMPING TECHNOLOGY FOR THE COMBINATION OF HYDRAULIC JET PUMP ANO ELECTRIC SUBMERSIBLE PUMP

  • 摘要: 凝固点高、含蜡量高、供液能力差的深井举升一直是油田开发工艺的一个难题。喷射泵电潜泵组合深抽工艺系统热效率高、可靠性高、适应性强,是一种较好的深井举升方法。介绍了该工艺系统及其热效应,建立了流体温度分布计算模型,为系统参数设计提供了依据。试验表明:温度计算与实际相符,举升方法具有较好的热力采油效果。

     

    Abstract: The deep well artificial lift technology with high solidification point, high wax content and bad fluid supply capacity continues to be a problem for development technology in oilfield. The deep pumping technology system for the combination of hydraulic jet pump and electric submersible pump is a kind of good deep well artificial lift method because of its high thermal efficiency, great reliability and adaptability. This paper introduced the system and its thermal efficiency, set up the calculation model for the temperature distribution of fluid and provided the basis for the parameter design of the system. The temperature calculation is conformity with reality. The test showed that the artificial lift method had a better thermal recovery effect.
