聚合物驱双层分注工艺技术

TECHNOLOGY OF SELECTIVE INJECTING POLYMER INTO DUAL ZONES

  • 摘要: 介绍了聚合物驱分层注入工艺技术,该技术主要是解决由笼统注入方式而导致的层间矛盾及利用常规分层配水工艺配注聚合物而出现的剪切降解问题。它主要是通过双管分注管柱来满足聚合物的分注和洗井需要,既可最大限度地避免或减小聚合物流经水咀时造成的剪切降解及铁离子的伤害,又可使射孔井段以上套管不承受高压,同时实现不同分子量不同浓度聚合物的分层定量注入,分层注入量可在地面控制,计量既简便、直观、准确,又减少了传统分层测试的劳动强度,并能较好地解决由于笼统注入方式导致的层间干扰问题。并通过现场试验论述了该项技术应用的可行性及发展前景。

     

    Abstract: Introduced the technology of selective injecting polymer into individual zones,which is mainly used to solve the interzone contradictions resulted from the general injection mode and the shear degradation problems occurred when using the conventional technology of selective injecting water into individual zones to inject polymer. The technology satisfies the demands of selective injection of polymer and well cleanout rnainly through the selective injection tubing string of dual tube, like this, it can both avold or reduce maximally the damage of the shear degradation and the iron ions caused when the polymer flows through the nozzle, and can let the casings above the perforation not bear against high pressure, in the mean time, the polymer with different molecular weight and different concentration can be injected into individual zones quantitatively. The amount of selective injection can he controlled on the surface with simple, audio-visual and accurate metering, it both reduces the labor strength of the conventional multi-zone testing, and can better solve the interzone interference problem resulted from the general injection mode. The application feasibility and development prospect of the technology was also demonstrated by the field test.
