正确选用套管提高深井和超深井套管的安全可靠性

CORRECT SELECTION OF CASING TO ENHANCE CASING SAFETY AND RELIABILITY IN DEEP AND ULTRADEEP WELLS

  • 摘要: API标准规定的套管钢级、螺纹连接强度已不能满足深井、起深井的要求,由世界各大厂家生产的非API标准蠢管解决了这一难题。文中论述了套管柱失效情况和提高深井、起深井套管柱安全可靠性的途径,提出了选择合适的钢级和高技济的套管;选用有特殊螺纹接头的套管,对特殊螺纹密封结构进行了分析。并对深井、超深井、高压井、定向并、水平开、热采井、有腐蚀性介质的井,如何选用套管和特殊螺纹接头进行了论述。

     

    Abstract: The steel grade and thread connection strength specified by API standards cannot meet the requirements of deep and ultradeep wells any more. So far, the casing up to API standard manufactured by various large manufac1ures worldwide have solved this diffi-cult problem. This paper describes some casing failure and the approach for enhancement of casing safety and reliability in deep and ultradeep wells; recommends to select casing with proper steel grade and high collapsing strength and analyzes the sealing structure of special thread for casing with special thread connectors. It presents as well the selection of casing and special thread connector for deep well, ultradeep well, well with high pressure, direc-tional well, horizontal well, thermal recovery well and well with corrosive medium.
