新疆油田中深井胍胶乳化压裂液的研究与应用

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF GUAR GUM EMULSION FRACTURING FLUID IN MIDDLE-DEEP WELLS IN XINJIANG OIL FIELD

  • 摘要: 新疆油田中深井低渗低压油藏压裂改造时,要求压裂波必须具有很好的热稳定性,同时滤矢量、残渣、伤害要低,施工后破胶彻底、返排顺利等特点。为此筛选出对油层污染小、残渣低的羟丙基胍胶粉作为调化剂,加入有效的乳化剂、助排剂等,形成以经丙基冻胶为连续外相、原油为内相的乳化压裂液,其性能指标均优于部颁标准。从1992~1997年在彩南油田、夏子街油田、吐哈油田等应用350多并次,其中彩南油田推广使用200并次,工艺成功率100%,有效率90%,返排牟95%以上,平均日增产油量12t以上,取得明显压裂效果,表明该压裂液对低渗低压储层压裂改造实用性强,应用前景广阔。

     

    Abstract: When fracturing low permeability and pressure reservoirs in middle-deep wells in Xinjiang oll field, it requires that the fracturing fluid must posses good heat stabili-ty, meanwhlle, the fi1ter 1oss, residue and damage must be low, guar gum breaking after construction must be complete, and the return of it must be successful. Therefore, chooses hydroxypropylguar gum powder which contaminates reservoir less and is with low residue as the thickener, adds effective emulsifier, cleanup additive and so on into it, and forms the emulsion fracturlng fluid which takes hydroxypropylguar gum as continuous external phase and takes crude oil as internal phase. The property of the emulsion fracturing fluid is superi-or to the standard issued by CNPC. During 1992~1997, the emulsion fracturing fluid was used in oil fields such as Cainan, Xiazijie, Tuha and so on for more than 350 times(200 times in Cainann oil field), the technological success rate is 100%, effective rate is 90%, re-turn rate is more than 95%, average daily incremental oil is more than 12 t, obvious fractur-ing effect is achieved, therefore, the application prospect of this kind of fracturing fluid is broad.
