微生物采油实验室研究及矿场试验

LAB RESEARCH AND FIELD TESTING OF OIL PRODUCING BY MICROBES

  • 摘要: 针对青海七个泉油田实际情况,筛选出3株试验菌。对其耐温、耐盐性进行了考察,试验结果表明,试验菌在温度60℃,矿化度12万ppm条件下能大量繁殖。该试验菌对原油进行处理后,原油的粘度、蜡含量及延国点均降低。室内模拟试验表明微生物驱油可在水驱油后再提高采收率10%以上。在矿场进行了微生物单井吞吐试验,结果表明微生物采油技术可有效地清除井筒及近井地带的石蜡,降低原油粘度,改善原油的流动性能,提高原油产量。该技术施工工艺简单,成本低,不污染地层和环境,是一种经济有效的提高采收率的方法。

     

    Abstract: Three bacteria were screened out based on the actual conditions in Qigequan oil field of Qinghai province. The salt and heat resistance of them obtained in lab indicated that they could be cultlvated in a great amount at 6OCand 120000ppm. After crude oil was treated by means of them, the viscosity, paraffin content and freezing point were all de-creased. Indoor simulation test indicated that more than 20% oil could be recovered by means of microbe oil recovery method after water flooding’ The field testing of huff and puff injection of microbe in individual well indicated that this technology could effectively remove paraffin in and near well bore, decrease oil viscosity, improve oil mobillty, increase forma-tion energy and increase oil output. Microbe oil recovery technology is simple in construc-tion, low in cost, does not contaminate formation and environment, and is a kind of econom-ic and effective EOR method.
