Abstract: This paper introduces the made-up, technological principle, specifications and use of the adjusting while measuring system. This system consists of measuring-adjust-ing device, measuring-adjusting valves, dropping-pulling tool, surface apparatuses and portable 486 computer, can adjust the nozzle in the presently widely used separate zone ec-centric water regulator, meanwhile, monitor the variation of water injection rate of the ad-justed zone and the variation of flow pressure of the whole well during regulating process.The measuring-adjusting device in the system can be pulled or dropped at will so as to ad-just or measure the bed of interest. Field test of 4 wells showed that the most advantage of the adjusting while measuring system is that the variation of down hole flow pressure and flow rate can be observed directly on the ground, this simplifies largely the regulating tech-nology and reduces the regulating time. The adjusting while measuring system has provided an effective means and method for the regulation of water injection well.
