孤东油田黄原胶驱先导试验粘度变化及影响因素

VISCOSITY CHANGE AND INFLUENCING FACTORS OF XANTHAN GUM FLOODING PILOT TEST IN GUDONG OILFIELD

  • 摘要: 通过孤东油田黄原胶驱油先导试验,探讨了黄原胶溶液在整个试验中的粘度变化规律和影响因素,并与聚合物驱油试验中部分水解聚丙烯酰胺溶液粘度变化相比较。试验结果表明黄原胶具有增粘性好、抗盐、抗剪切、热稳定性好等优异性能,在实际注入中粘度受注入过程剪切和污水水质影响小,在地层中稳定性好,对现场注入系统要求相对较低,适合于某些条件较差、清水资源缺乏的油区开展三次采油,亦可作为增粘剂用于其它方面。

     

    Abstract: This paper describes the viscosity changing rule and influencing factors of xanhan gum solution in pilot test in GuDong oilfield, further compares them with the change of viscosity of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(PHPA) solutlon in polymer flooding test. In result, xanhan gum is better than PHPA in terms of viscosity increasing, salt tolerant property, shearing Strength, thermal stability and so on. It is hardly affected by shearing force and polluted water during injection. In addition, it can be injected by a relatively simple site injecting system. Therefore, it is suitable for implementing EOR in oilfields with poor conditions and absent of pure water.
