大庆油田油水井套管损坏机理及防护措施

CASING FAILURE MECHANISMS AND PROTECTION MEASURES OF OIL AND WATER WELLS IN DAQING OILFIELD

  • 摘要: 分析了大庆油田油水井套管损坏机理,指出标准层泥页岩进水并形成一定范围的浸水域,是导致成片套损的基本因素。介绍了防止和减缓套损的基本措施,即应从防止非油层部位进水、在井网调整和控制地层压差、合理控制注水压力和在防止出现高压蹩压层等4个方面入手。通过上述防护措施的实施,年套损井数由"七五"的315口下降到225口。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the casing failure mechanisms of oil and water wells in Daqing Oilfield, concludes that the fundamental factors resulting in casing failure are the water entering into the shale of the marked bed and the forming of a certain immersion area.This paper introduces the fundamental measures for preventing and slowing down the casing failures:prevent water from entering from non oil reservoirs, regulate and control differential pressure in well patterns, reasonably control water injection pressure, prevent the forming of high pressure and holding back pressure layers and so on. The implementation of the above protective measures has reduced the casing failure wells from 315 in 1986 to 225 at present.
