连续油管钻井技术

DRILLING WITH COILED TUBING

  • 摘要: 随着连续油管(CT)技术和钻井技术的发展,90年代初连续油管钻井(CTD)技术得到人们的广泛重视,有很大发展。目前,连续油管钻井技术已用于侧钻水平井、多侧向水平井和欠平衡条件下钻井,可提高机械钻速、钻井效率、安全性和减轻劳动强度、降低钻井成本。我国早已引进连续油管装置,但多用于修井作业,尚未开展连续油管钻井的试验。文中介绍了连续油管钻井技术的地面设备和底部钻具组合、特点、实施情况和发展趋势,最后为在我国发展该项技术提出了几点建议。

     

    Abstract: As the development of coiled tubing(CT) technology and drilling technology, coiled tubing drilling (CTD)was concerned extensively and developed significantly in early 90’s. At present, CTD has been applied in side tracked horizontal drilling, multilateral drilling and under balanced drilling to incease ROP,drilling efficiency and safety,and reduce laboring and drilling cost. CT units has been introduced in China in many years, however, mostly applied in workover operation other than even in drilling test. This paper describes CTD’s surface equipment and bottom hole drilling assembly,their features and operation as well as future trend. Finally,several recommendations for its development in China are proposed.
