大位移井技术发展现状及启示

CURRENT DEVELOPMENT OF EXTENDED REACH DRILLING AND ITS IMPLICATION

  • 摘要: 在介绍国内外大位移井的基础上,指出大位移井的突出特点是?311mm(12?in)井眼处于大斜度长裸眼稳斜段,这就决定了扭矩/摩阻是钻大位移井的核心问题。文中重点介绍了大位移井井眼轨道优化设计、扭矩/摩阻和井眼轨道控制工具等三项钻大位移井的关键技术。认为我国已有钻2600m以上水平位移井的能力,应借鉴国外把水平位移4000m的井作为六位移井起步的经验,但应对设备能力进行评估和适当优化升级。

     

    Abstract: This paper reviews the extended reach drilling in China and abroad and points out that the extended reach well features the ?3llmm (12?in) section located in the long tangent open hole with high angle. This feature makes the torque/drag the key factor in extended each drilling. It high lights three key techniques in extended reach drilling such as optimized trajectory design, torque/drag and trajectory control tools. Now China has the drilling capability for horizontal well with horizontal displacement more than 2600m. Although the international experience of taking horizontal displacement of 4000m as the start of extended reach well can be regarded as reference, the capacity of equipment should be evalu-ated, lipgraded or optimized properly.
