摘要: 万向轴是连接马达转子和传动轴的中间构件。了解和掌握万向轴的运动特性和受力特征,以及弯壳体相对于直壳体产生的偏移量的计算,对正确设计弯壳体导向螺杆钻具是非常必要的。文中阐述了瓣型万向轴的运动与受力特征,对瓣齿进行了强度分析,并给出了单弯壳体与反向双弯壳体不同结构形式下的内孔偏移量计算公式。Abstract: Universal shaft is a connecting member between motor rotor and driving shaft-It is crucial for a correct design of bent housing steering PDD to understand the characteristics of universal shaft’s force and movement and the shift calculation of bent housing relative to straight housing. This paper discuss the characteristics of movement and force of lobe universal shaft, analyzes the strength of lobe teeth, and presents the calculation equation for bore shift for various structure of both single bent housing and double bent housing.
