抽油泵合理沉没度的确定

DETERMINATION OF RATIONAL SUBMERGENCE DEPTH OF OIL WELL PUMP

  • 摘要: 我国各油田对于抽油泵的沉没度都有各自的推荐值,其中有些是不合理的,以致造成一定的浪费。分别以系统效率和经济效益为目标函数探讨了两种沉没度的优化方案,计算表明,采用优化方法确定的沉没度可较明显地提高系统效率和经济效益。

     

    Abstract: Every field in China has its own referenced submergence depth for oil well pumps, some of them are irrational, and have resulted in a certain waste. This paper discusses the optimizing design of two kinds of submergence depth by taking the system efficiency and the economic benefit as the objective functions. The calculated results indicate that the submergence depth determined by the optimizing method can obviously improve the system efficiency and the economic benefit.
