钻井液高剪切速率粘度测试仪及其初步试验

VISCOMETER AND ITS PRELIMINARY TEST AT A HIGH SHEAR RATE OF DRILLING FLUID

  • 摘要: 介绍了钻井液高剪切速率下粘度测试仪的工作原理、结构、特点。通过初步试验得出仪器的剪切速率可达到104~105/s的范围,测出的实际粘度较卡森计算公式计算值η卡更为准确,该仪器具有广阔的推广应用前景。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents the working principle, structure, characteristics of viscometer at a high shear rate of drilling fluid. The shear rate of the viscometer can be 104~105/s obtained from the preliminary test. Since the measured real viscosity is more accurate than ηk calculated from the Casson flow equation, so that the viscometer will have the vast prospects for the future application.
