降粘降失水处理剂PX-2的研制与评价

DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION OF PX-2 THINNING AND FILTRATE REDUCER

  • 摘要: 新型处理剂PX-2是以聚丙烯腈为原料,经过高温、高压水解后,在60~70℃下加入改性剂并经阳离子化而合成的聚合物。分子量及吸附量的测定表明,PX-2分子量降低,在安丘土上的吸附量明显提高。钻井液性能的评价表明,PX-2在降低钻井液粘度与切力的同时还降低失水量。抗温性能、泥页岩回收率优于NH4一HPAN。

     

    Abstract: The new PX-2 thinning and filtrate reducer is a synthetic polymer, which is made from polyacrylonitrile hydrolyzed at high temperature and high pressure, and combined with modified agent at the temperature of 60~70℃, and then be activated by cation. The determination of molecular weight and adsorption power indicates that PX-2’s molecular weight reduced, but its adsorption power on Anqiu clay increased obviously. The evaluation of drilling fluid property indicates that PX-2 can reduce the viscosity, shear and fluid loss as well. It is much better than NH4-HPAN both in heat-resistance and shale control.
