提高蒸汽吞吐效果配套技术研究

RESEARCH OF MATCHING TECHNOLOGY FOR IMPROVING THE STEAM SOAKING EFFECT

  • 摘要: 随着蒸汽吞吐开采时间的增长,稠油开发过程中暴露出了诸多的矛盾,在某种程度上已制约稠油采收率的提高。针对上述问题,辽河油田对提高蒸汽吞吐效果配套技术进行攻关,形成系列配套技术。以提高蒸汽吞吐效果整体配套技术为龙头,简要介绍了优选参数提高吞吐效果研究、高温暂堵调剖技术、分层配注汽工艺技术、化学添加剂改善吞吐效果、空心杆泵举升应用研究等5项配套技术及在4个区块的应用情况,该系列配套技术为辽河油田高轮次蒸汽吞吐井开采、最终提高采收率起到了积极的作用。

     

    Abstract: As time goes by, many problems have been exposed during heavy oil recovery with huff and puff technology. These problems have been tackled successfully in Liaohe Oilfield through hard study and a series of matching technology for improving the huff and puff effect has been developed. This paper briefly introduces the application results in 4 blocks of the 5 matching technologies:research of improving huff and puff effect through optimizing parameters; profile control by temporarily blocking at high temperature; selective injection of steam into individual zones; improving huff and puff effect with chemical additives; and application research of lift with hollow rod pump. These technologies have played an active part for improving the ultimate oil recovery of heavy oil in Liaohe Oilfield.
