钻井液处理剂璜化高分子化合物降解放出H2S的途径研究

STUDY ON THE APPROACH OF H2S RELEASED FROM DEGRADED SULFONATED POLYMER OF DRILLING MUD CONDITIONING AGENT

  • 摘要: 在高温或SRB或电解作用下,对水基钻井液中的处理剂磺化高分子化合物进行降解反应,试验证实分别释放出了H2S,在室温下腐蚀产物为Fe9S8,在60℃以上为FeS,这种来源的H2S同样是有害的,可能造成油井管的腐蚀并使钻井液性能变差。

     

    Abstract: At high temperature or SRB or electrolytic action,the sulfonated high molecular compound of water-based drilling mud conditioning agent is degraded releasing out H2S.The corrosion products are Fe9S8 at room temperature,and FeS when temperature is above 60℃.The derived H2S is also hazardous to the drilling string and casing,and may reduce the performance of drilling mud.
