碳酸根离子对钻井液的污染及处理

CONTAMINATION OF CARBONATE ION ON DRILLING FLUID AND ITS TREAT-MENT

  • 摘要: 详细地阐述了碳酸根离子的测定方法、浓度计算、对钻井液污染程度的判断及化学处理原理。分析了稀释剂不起稀释作用的原因,并结合实例,通过优选配方成功地解决了碳酸根离子对钻井液造成的污染,并对现场施工中应注意的问题提出了指导性意见。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents in detail the determination and concentration of carbonate ion, the determination on contamination degree of drilling fluid caused by carbonate ion, and chemical treatment principle. The reason of diluent failure to work is analyzed. Based on a case study and the optimized chemical formula, the contamination of carbonate ion on drilling fluid is removed. In conclusion, the paper makes a suggestion for matters needing attention in field operation.
