LDAM低密度防气窜水泥浆体系的研究与应用

STUDY ON A LIGHT CEMENT SLURRY SYSTEM AND ITS APPLICATION IN GAS MIGRATION AREA

  • 摘要: 针对松南地区地层压力低、气层活跃易造成固井漏失和环空气窜的技术难题,研制了一种具有密度低(密度可达1.30 g/cm2),失水小(API失水31 mL),稠化过渡时间短(3~5min),抗压强度高等特点的LDAM低密度防气窜水泥浆体系,成功解决了松南地区固井漏失和环空气窜问题,现场应用200多井次,固井合格率达100%,优质率达90%,其技术水平达到了90年代国际先进水平。

     

    Abstract: Low formation pressure gradients and active gas migration exist in southern Songliao Basin of Northeast China, slurry loss and annular gas channeling frequently take place during cementing. A new cement slurry system LDAM is developed and applied in this area. The main additive is polymer latex with lightweight material being hollowed microsphere, it is compatible with API Class A cement. The new system exhibits advantages as low fluid loss, short transition time, good rheological properties and adjustable densities, etc. Field uses have been successful.
