HY-100注水泥压塞液的研制与应用

A NEW SPACER FLUID FOR AIDING THE RUNNING OF LOGGING INSTRUMENTS TO LOCATION

  • 摘要: 针对油气井固井后,电测固井质量时测井仪器遇阻超高这一难题,研制开发出了一种阳离子聚合物作为悬浮剂为主的HY-100注水泥压塞液。该压塞液在华北、大庆和冀东等油田应用704口井,成功率100%,完全解决了电测遇阻超高这一难题。

     

    Abstract: It is frequently occurred that logging instruments fail to run to the required depth after cementing, caused by the changes of drilling fuid properties and mud contamination because of poor sealing of drill pipe rubber plug. This in turn requires drifting and repeated logging, leading to cost rise and additional problems.A new spacer fluid, HY-100 is developed, which mainly contains a suspending agent made of cationic polymer. Field uses in 704 wells in Huabei, Daqing, and Jilin oil fields were successful.
