低产能油井虹吸尾管结构管柱的设计与试验

DESIGN AND TEST OF SIPHON LINER STRING IN STRIPPER WELL

  • 摘要: 介绍了对开采低渗透油藏(层)的虹吸尾管管柱的理论研究、管柱结构、工艺特点等,提出由于产能低,现有的泵抽举升管柱对此类油藏的开采十分不利。通过研究表明,采用虹吸尾管结构管柱,可减少流体通过的压力损失,提高泵的吸入压力、入泵液速度及脉冲解堵等功能。实践证明该结构管柱可恢复油井生产或提高油井的产量。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the theoretical study, pipe string structure, and technological characteristics of the siphon liner string used to develop the low permeability reservoir. This paper points out that due to the low production capacity, it is uneconomic to use the existing pump pipe string to produce oil from the low permeability reservoir. The study results indicate that the siphon liner string can reduce the pressure loss while fluid passing through, increase the suction pressure of pump, increase the speed of fluid flowing into the pump, and is beneficial for pulse plug removal. Field test proves that the siphon liner string can not only make the oil well recover production, but also can increase the output of it.
