混气酸化技术试验应用

FIELD TESTING APPLICATION OF GAS MIXED ACIDIZATION TECHNOLOGY

  • 摘要: 酸化作业后残酸返排的彻底与否是影响施工效果的重要因素,气体所具有的易压缩和卸压后膨胀的特性使之成为一种良好的助排剂。混气酸化技术利用注入氮气的转向、隔离、降滤失、缓速和助排作用来强化酸液的自身返排能力,提高返排速度和返出程度,达到解堵增产、保护储层的目的,尤其适用于渗透性差、地层压力低、敏感性强的特殊地层。简要介绍了这项技术的注气设计方法、工艺流程和操作要点,对影响返排的因素进行了分析。现场试验结果表明:混气酸化技术简单实用,助排效果明显,有着良好的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Whether the residual acid is flowed back or not after acidization is very important to the stimulation effects. gas is a better assistant for residual acid back flow because of its easiness to compress and expansion after depressurized. The functions of inversion, separation, filtration decrease, back flow assistant of Nitrogen gas are used to strengthen itself back flow capability of factory residual acid, to improve back flow speed and extent in the Gas mixed acidization technology. Therefore the goals of formation protection and production improvement with formation cleaning can be reached. It specially meets the need to treat the poor permeability, low pressure and high sensitivity formations. The paper gives a brief introduction of the gas injection method, operation processes and operation characteristics and the influence factors, which affects the backflow volume. The result shows that this technology is simple and applicable. The effect of back flow assistant is better.
