长裸眼定向井的钻井液工艺技术

DRILLING FLUID TECHNOLOGY FOR DIRECTIONAL WELL WITH LONG OPEN HOLE

  • 摘要: 介绍了长裸眼中斜度定向井的钻井液体系及处理方案,以及润滑防卡、井眼净化和井壁稳定等3个关键技术问题的解决方法。列举了4口井的应用情况及钻井液性能。实践证明,所选择的钻井液工艺技术较好地满足了钻深3623m、井斜49°、井底水平位移1229m、裸眼井段长达3224.5 m、裸眼斜井段长达2292 m的定向井对钻井液的要求。

     

    Abstract: This paper describes the drilling fluid systems and maintenance programs for medium inclined directional well with long open hole, and it focuses on drilling fluid lubricity and anti-sticking property, hole cleaning capability and wellbore stability control. Drilling fluid performance in four wells are evaluated. The drilling fluid technology has been successfully used in a directional well with total measurement depth (TMD) of 3625m, hole deviation of 49°, horizontal displacement of 1229m, and 3224.5m open hole, in which 2292m is in the inclined section.
