欠平衡钻井技术的应用

APPLICATION OF UNDERBALANCED DRILLING TECHNOLOGY

  • 摘要: 介绍了胜利油田在2口井上采用欠平衡钻井的情况,讲述了欠平衡钻井的技术特点和开展欠平衡钻井需要考虑的问题以及一些解决问题的方法,为以后欠平衡钻井技术的应用提供了一些实践经验。

     

    Abstract: Underbalanced drilling realizes the controlled flow of formation fluids into the well, thus minimizes the risks of formation damage, lost circulation and pipe sticking, and improves bit performance and increases ROP. This paper list some items that should be considered in underbalanced drilling, such as casing program, formation conditions, selection of drilling fluid systems, determination of underbalanced pressure, suitable well control and circulation system, and as well as BHA program and bit selection, etc. This technology is successfully applied in two wells in Shengli Oilfield, some valuable experiences are achieved and the oil production is remarkably increased.
