油井堵水设计方法

THE DESIGN METHOD OF WATER PLUGGING IN OIL WELL

  • 摘要: 油井堵水的成功与否受多因素控制。为提高堵水措施的有效率,文中给出了堵水处理的典型步骤,具体分析了堵水井选择、出水机理识别、优化设计、施工工艺及配方筛选中应解决的技术问题和解决问题的方法,指出温度场模拟在堵剂配方选择中的重要性。采用该套设计方法不但有利于提高堵水措施的成功率和有效率,而且也有助于操作者和决策者正确分析堵水措施效果好坏的原因。

     

    Abstract: Weather succeed or not in oil well water shutoff is affected by many facts. In order to enhance the efficiency of the water shutoff job, the model steps of solution method were presented in this paper. It includes the selection of water shutoff well, the identification of water production mechanism, the optimum of design, the technology of construct and the filter of direction for producing chemicals. The important of temperature field simulate in the filter of direction for producing chemicals was pointed out. Using this suit of method, it not only can improve the efficiency of water shutoff, but also can help the runner and the decision-making to analyses the effects.
