羊二庄油田底水封堵技术研究应用
RESERACH AND APPLICATION OF THE BOTTOM WATER PLUGGING TECHNOLOGY IN YANGERZHUANG OILFIELD

摘要: 羊二庄油田一断块明三5是典型的边底水十分活跃的块状砂岩构造油气藏,在进入高含水采出阶段后,应利用现有井网条件,采取堵水技术,控制由于底水锥进引起的油井含水上升速度,减缓产量递减,实现稳产。通过总结前期封堵工作经验,开展了油藏地质特征的再认识工作,研究应用了以W964为主的无机固相化学封堵技术,阐述了在油藏底水封堵中用TD-1型智能调堵装置替代水泥车、用自动数据采集系统监测压力、排量和表皮因子与时间的变化关系等一系列工艺技术。经过1年的矿场实践,实施7口井,有效率达87.5%,各项指标均达到设计要求。化堵失效后,为减缓产量的继续递减,进行了重复封堵,取得较好的增产效果,为底水油藏的稳油控水提供了借鉴。Abstract: Yangerzhuang Oilfield is a structure massive reservoir with a type active edge and bottom water. The afresh cognition employment about reservoir geology feature was done on the experience of prophase plugging job. The chemical plugging of abio-solid phase technology was studied and applied. A series technology were expound such as using TD-1 capacity unit replace cementing truck, using automatism data acquisition unit monitoring pressure, and using the relationship of the discharge capacity or skin factor and changing of time. After a year’s field testing, seven wells have been done and the efficiency was 87.5%, all the guideline have gained. The repetition plugging jobs were done after the effect period of chemical plugging for weakening the production decline.
