长庆油田开发过程中的配套工艺技术

THE MATCHING TECHNOLOGY OF DEVELOPMENT PROCCESS IN CHANGQING OIL FIELD

  • 摘要: 针对低渗透油田开发过程中所表现出的低静压、低产量、低液面、套管破损、油井结垢等问题,通过多年研究与实践,现已形成了系列配套技术,包括:定向井、丛式井钻井技术,优化射孔技术,压裂改造技术,定向井杆柱优化设计与计算机诊断技术,油层保护技术,套损井综合治理技术,井口加药降粘、单管集油、管道破乳技术与集中加热、大罐沉降脱水技术,注水井增注技术等。这些技术的应用,有效地提高了长庆油田的开发效益。

     

    Abstract: Through many years’ studying and field practicing, a series matching technologies were formed according to the problems coming forth in the low permeability pools development such as low static pressure, low production, low liquid level, casing failure and oil well scaling. These technologies include drilling technology of directional well and cluster wells, optimize perforation technology, fracturing technology, optimize design and computer diagnosis of directional well pipe string. They also include formation damage prevention technology, technology of integration father in casing failure well, technology of drugging viscosity reducing in wellhead, injection increase technology and so on. These technologies availably improved the development benefit of low permeability pools.
