水中悬浮固体颗粒对储层损害研究

STUDY ON THE FORMATION DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE SUSPENDED PARTICLE OF THE PRODUCED WATER

  • 摘要: 回注污水中悬浮固体颗粒的大小对储层渗透性的损害一直是油田十分关心的问题。通过压汞资料获得阿南、哈南油田砂岩储层岩石的孔隙喉峰为 4.0~6.2 μm;通过不同粒径的回注污水模拟了对岩心渗透率的损害,当 1/12 ≤ Df/Dp ≤ 1时,损害最严重;当Df/Dp ≥ 2/3时,存在较大损害;当Df/Dp ≤ 1/8时,损害较小。同时根据国内外在此方面的研究认识,特别是比 1/3更严格的 1/7"架桥准则",结合阿南、哈南砂岩油藏孔隙结构特征和低渗、特低渗的具体情况,建议阿南、哈南回注污水中悬浮固体颗粒应重点处理的范围为 0.5~7.8μm。

     

    Abstract: Formation permeability damage caused by different sizes of suspended particle in produced water is a very important job in oil fields. The diameter summit of porous of the sandstone in A’nan and Ha’nan oil fields of Erlian is 4.0~6.2μm according to the data of pressure mercury; the permeability damages aresimulated by its produced water containing different sizes of suspended particle through cores of A’nan, while 1/12 ≤ Df/Dp ≤ 1,the maximum damage data would be obtained, while Df/Dp ≥ 2/3,the damage is less serious, while Df/Dp ≤ 1/8, the damage is small; Meanwhile, referred to the domestic and foreign study and conclusion of match relation in the research field, specially, the "Bridging Rule"of 1/7 which is stricter than 1/3, the advice is given that the key region of suspended particle, which are disposed in produced water is 0.5~7.8μm in A’nan and Ha’nan Oilfield.
