连续清防蜡工艺技术在中原油田的应用

APPLICATION OF CONTINUOUS WAX CONTROL AND REMOVAL TECHNOLOGIES IN ZHONGYUAN OILFIELD

  • 摘要: 针对低能量抽油井中,使用常规清防蜡工艺存在费用高、影响产量、污染油层、效果差且不适应下层封堵等问题,分析了影响油井结蜡的因素,介绍了复合防蜡、强磁防蜡和自动清蜡 3项连续清防蜡工艺技术。现场应用结果证明,这 3项连续清防蜡工艺能有效解决低能量抽油井的清防蜡问题,具有一定的推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: In low energy pump wells, The conventional paraffin inhibition and wax removal technologies usually cost much, cause production descend, damage formations, and they can not be applied in pump well with top packer. Three kinds of continuous wax removal technologies were introduced:combined wax removal technology, strong magnetic wax removal technology and automatic wax removal technology. with these technologies being used,the effects of paraffin inhibition and wax removal have been improved efficiently in Huzhuang Oilfield.
