无荧光干扰油溶性暂堵剂的研究与应用

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF NON-FLUORESCENCE OIL SOLUBLE PLUGGING AGENT

  • 摘要: 采用屏蔽暂堵技术来改变钻井液的性能以保护储层在生产实践中被广泛运用。其中油溶性暂堵剂具有可油溶解堵、在一定温度和压力下可变形等特点,但目前国内的产品由于普遍存在较高的荧光,影响地质录井和油层识别,因此不适用于探井。研制出 1种新型无荧光干扰油溶性暂堵剂YD - 2,经室内评价和现场 2口探井应用表明:YD - 2无荧光干扰油溶性暂堵剂荧光级别小于 2级,软化点可调,与钻井液配伍性良好,油层渗透率恢复值均达到 80%以上,是一种极具有应用价值的油层保护剂。

     

    Abstract: Temporary shielding and plugging technology has been widely used in formation protection to date. Oil soluble temporary plugging agent has its advantages of easy plug releasing in oil, form adjustable in certain temperature and pressure, etc. On the other hand, the use of this product is limited in exploration wells, for its high fluorescence content, which interfere in mud logging and oil reservoir identification. A new kind of non- fluorescence temporary plugging agent, YD-2 is developed in this case. Laboratory evaluation and field tests in two exploration well show that its fluorescence grade is below two, and its soften point is adjustable, while at the same time it is compatible with drilling fluid, and the return permeability reaches as high as 80% or higher.
