洪浩尔舒特凹陷海流特构造探井压裂工艺初探

FRACTURING TECHNOLOGY PROBE OF EXPLORATORY WELLS IN HAILIUTE STRUCTURE HONGHAOERSHUTE HOLLOW

  • 摘要: 海流特构造主力油藏具有圈闭面积小,断块零碎,地层压力系数低,油层浅 (6 0 0~80 0m),粘土含量高(10%),岩石成熟度低,孔隙连通性差等特性,压裂设计时充分考虑了油气层保护问题,采取了取消前置液、提高砂比、裂缝强制闭合以及压裂全程防膨处理等技术,6井次压裂皆成功,在海流特构造探明石油地质储量 42 5×104t,为今后在类似区域压裂提供了可贵的经验。

     

    Abstract: The main oil pool of Hailiute Structure possess some characters, such as smaller trap area, bits and pieces fault block, lower formation pressure factor, lower rock mature, stronger water sensitivity. Aim at these, many technologies were adopted for protecting formation in fracturing design, which included being canceled pad fluid, increasing sand fluid ratio, fracturing being closed compel, and expansion control in all fracturing process. There are 42.5 million tons proved reserve in Hailiute structure, which were found after six wells successful fracture. It is a worshipful experience for the resemble area.
