表面活性剂对电化学导流驱油的强化作用

STUDY ON SURFACTANT ENHANCED ELECTRIC-CHEMICAL FLOODING

  • 摘要: 以阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDS)作为电化学助剂,研究了直流电场和电化学助剂对水驱油采收率的影响。试验结果证明:在外加电场作用下,向注入水中加入电化学助剂后,可使原油采收率进一步增大,比单纯电场作用的最终采收率提高4个百分点以上;这种强化效应不仅在驱替过程中起作用,而且在残余油状态时也会起作用,使水驱残余油的最终采收率提高6个百分点以上;各种水驱油过程中采收率由小到大的次序为:常规水驱、活性剂驱、直流电场驱油、直流电场加电化学助剂驱油。

     

    Abstract: Using anion-surfactant SDS as an aid-surfactant to study the affecting of anion-surfactant SDS to flooding recovery properties under DC electrical field. It was found that the flooding recovery increased by adding as in brine under electric field, and it was 4% higher than simple DC electrical field. Also in the residual oil period, the final recovery was increased 6%. The sequence of increasing recovery magnitude is:general flooding,surfactant flooding,DC electric field flooding and DC electric field flooding with aid-surfactant.
