稠油热采井封堵调技术研究

TECHNOLOGY OF PLUGGING AND PROFILE CONTROL IN VISCOUS CRUDE OIL THERMAL RECOVERY WELL

  • 摘要: 针对河南稠油油田注蒸汽热采及由吞吐高周期转向汽驱开采阶段地层吸汽差异大、汽窜严重、周期长、热损高、边水突进加剧、严重影响生产等问题,研制出以苛化泥为主剂的新型颗粒类高强度、易解堵、低成本的封窜-堵水-调剖剂,并配套了现场施工工艺。室内及现场试验结果表明,该稠油热采井封堵调技术具有可泵性好、强度高、易解堵、耐高温、有效期长、施工方便、无风险等特点,可有效地封堵汽窜通道,阻止边水突进,调整地层吸汽差异,在现场应用中取得了明显的增油效果。

     

    Abstract: In the production stage from steam soaking to steam flooding, the problems of Henan Oilfield were bigger difference about formation, severity steam channeling, longer period and high heat lossing. The new grain agent about plugging and profile control which is mainly made from by-product of alkalization industry was developed with higher strength, easier plug removal, lower cost. The field construct technology was matched with it. Lab and field test show that this technology has a series characters such as better pumpability, higher strength, easier plug removal, longer period of validity and non-risk. The technology can plug cannel of steam channeling validity, hold back edge water and steam injection profile control.
