套管损坏地质因素分析及控制技术

GEOLOGICAL FACTORS OF CASING DAMAGE AND ITS CONTROLLING TECHNOLOGY

  • 摘要: 在油田的不断开发过程中,套管损坏已严重影响了油田的持续稳产。导致套管损坏的原因很多,包括地质因素、腐蚀因素、井下措施因素等。以文留油田为例,重点以弹性力学有关理论为基础,对异常高压油田在开发过程中岩石的弹塑性驱动,储集层的可逆形变和不可逆形变对套管的影响等地质因素进行分析,并提出相应的控制方法。

     

    Abstract: During the continuous oilfield development, casing damages may seriously threaten the stable production capability. There are many causes of casing damage, e.g., geological factors, corrosion factors, and because of downhole stimulation operations, etc. The geological factors are investigated in this paper, by taking Wenliu oilfield as an example, and focusing on the rock elastic-plastic driving during abnormal high-pressured oilfield development, and the reversible and irreversible deformation of reservoir. These two factors are analyzed based on the relevant elastic mechanics. Corresponding controlling methods are also presented for reference.
