一种新型偏心分层注水工艺管柱

NEW TECHNOLOGY PIPE OF ECCENTRICITY SEPARATE LAYER WATER INJECTION

  • 摘要: 提出了一种新型偏心细分注水工艺技术,介绍了其组成、工作原理及主要工具——定压开启恒流量偏心配水器、自验封封隔器的结构与技术指标。该管柱避免了在封隔器坐封时投捞死嘴及多次投捞水嘴调配各层注水量等问题,且封隔器可自行检验其密封性,性能可靠,使用方便,具有良好的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: A new technology of separate layer water flooding with eccentricity was put forward. The pipe constitution, work principle and the structure and technology target of main tools, such as eccentric water regulator with fix pressure and constant flow, self-sealing packer, were introduced. The testing technology is simple and the effective period is longer. The problems of pulling and running blanking plug as packer being sat etc. were avoided. The sealing of packer can be checked by itself. Field test shows that the pipe has reliability performance and convenience using.
