牙哈23凝析气田一次完井的认识

EVALUATION ON THE PRIMARY WELL COMPLETION IN GAS CONDENSATE FIELD OF YAHA-23

  • 摘要: 牙哈23凝析气田是一个富含凝析油的深层凝析气藏,为做好储层保护工作,在生产完井时,采用油管传输负压射孔一次完井工艺,即射孔后,射孔管柱作为完井管柱用来采气或注气。完井工艺的焦点集中在封隔器坐封与射孔的先后顺序及由此而产生的相关问题上,通过计算证实了先坐封封隔器后射孔这一方案的可行性。

     

    Abstract: Gas condensate field of Yaha-23 is a deep condensate gas reservoir rich in condensate oil. The primary well completion technique of tubular conveying under-balanced perforation is conducted for reservoir protection, i.e., the perforating string is used as completion string for gas production or injection. The key of this technique lies on the sequence of packer setting and perforating, as well as the resulting problems. It is recommended to set the packer first and then perforate, and this plan is proved to be feasible by computation.
