超稠油高温降粘降阻技术及其应用

APPLICATION OF VISCOSITY REDUCING AND FRICTION REDUCING TECHNOLOGY IN ULTR-VISCOUS CRUDE OIL

  • 摘要: 针对超稠油井筒电加热举升工艺能耗大、吨油耗电成本高的现象,研制和开发了超稠油高温降粘降阻剂和井下掺药工具,并在现场进行了试验,得出了掺液量、掺液温度、掺液浓度与抽油机负荷的关系,实现了无需电加热的超稠油井筒举升。

     

    Abstract: The viscosity reducing and friction reducer and the downhole mixing tools were developed aim at the higher cost of electric heating in wellbore. Field testing was carried through, which presented the relationship about well pumping unit load and the quantity, temperature, dense of mixing liquid. Lifting in altr-viscous crude oil was implemented without electric heading.
