TZ5X-1大斜度定向井小井眼取心技术

SLIM HOLE CORING TECHNOLOGY IN THE HIGH DEVIATED DIRECTIONAL WELL TZ5X-1

  • 摘要: 在塔里木油田的大斜度、小井眼中取心还是首次。介绍了塔里木油田TZ5X-1井的取心情况,TZ5X-1井最大井斜70.5°,井眼直径152.4mm,取心地层为奥陶系灰岩和白云岩,可钻性差、易破碎。根据地质情况,优选了LC-152取心工具,与常规250P取心工具相比,有独特的内外筒扶正功能,平均取心收获率达到94.9%。

     

    Abstract: Well TZ5X-1 is a high deviated well in Tarim Oilfield, with a max. hole inclination of 70.5°, a small hole diameter of 152.4mm.Coring in such a deviated slim hole is the first time in Tarim, and because the coring formation is located in the limestone and dolomite of the Ordovician system, the formation is friable and has poor drillability. Model LC-152 coring tool is selected for the coring job in this well, and as compared with the conventional model of 250P, it has the unique inner outer mandrel centralizing function, and the average coring recovery rate reaches to 94.9%.
