无固相钻井完井液在欠平衡钻井中的应用

APPLICATION OF SOLIDS FREE DRILLING-COMPLETION FLUID IN UNDER-BALANCED DRILLING

  • 摘要: 塔里木北部地区塔河油田的主力油藏为奥陶系碳酸盐岩潜山型油藏。自从无固相聚合物钻井液体系在塔河油田的S66井首次尝试欠平衡钻井获得成功以来,先后对包括直井、水平井在内的16口井实施了欠平衡钻井。现场应用表明,无固相聚合物钻井液体系性能稳定,携岩性好,完全满足了塔北奥陶系欠平衡钻井要求。介绍了无固相聚合物钻井液体系的性能及现场应用情况。

     

    Abstract: The main reservoir in Tahe Oilfield of North Tarim can be classified as buried hill reservoir, and it is located in the carbonate rock formation in the Ordovician system.Since the success of solids free polymer drilling fluid system in the under-balanced drilling of well S66, the system has been used in the under-balanced drilling of 16 wells, including some vertical wells and horizontal wells.Field application shows that the system has stable performances and good cuttings transportation, and can fully meet the requirements of under-balanced drilling in the Ordovician system in north Tarim.The performances and field application of the solids free polymer drilling fluid system are described.
