陕北富县探区钻具失效分析和预防措施

DRILL STRING FAILURE ANALYSIS AND PREVENTIONS IN THE EXPLORATORY BLOCK OF FU COUNTY, NORTH SHAANXI

  • 摘要: 中原油田陕北富县探区勘探面积3836.8km2,1999年中原油田开始对该区古生界进行探索,相继部署了富古1井、富古2井、富古3井。在3口井的钻探过程中,发生了大量的刺、断钻具事故,极大地影响了钻井速度。对陕北富县探区钻具失效进行了分类、统计,并分析了钻具失效的主要原因,提出了预防和减少钻具失效的改进措施。

     

    Abstract: exploratory block located at Fu County of North Shaanxi has been put into exploration by Zhongyuan Oilfield since 1999, and mainly focused on the Paleozoic formation.Three wells of well Fugu-1, Fugu-2 and Fugu-3 has been drilled in succession.During the drilling operations of these wells, ROP was reduced sharply due to the drill string failures such as leakage and breakage.Classification and statistics were conducted on drill string failure in the exploratory block, and the reasons were analyzed, with some prevention measures presented accordingly.
