塔里木山前复杂地层钻头使用技术

BIT OPTIMIZATION IN THE COMPLICATED FRONT-HILL FORMATION IN TARIM

  • 摘要: 利用测井资料结合实测的岩石力学性质、邻井的岩性剖面建立了岩石力学参数模型,综合解释了单井岩石在纵向剖面上的力学性质。借鉴邻井钻头使用情况,以推广高效PDC钻头为主,介绍了山前构造钻头选型情况。针对山前构造的地层岩性特征,从复合片、刀翼形状、齿型、切削齿力平衡等方面设计和改进了PDC钻头。改进后的钻头使塔里木山前复杂地层钻头使用获得了突破性进展。

     

    Abstract: A rock mechanics parameter model was established by using the logging data and combing with rock mechanics characteristics and the lithology profile of the offset well.This model was used to interpret the mechanics characteristics of the rock in longitudinal profile.Bit selection,mainly focused on PDC bit for the front-hill formation was presented,taking reference of the bit using in the offset well.Based on the formation lithology characteristics,the PDC bit was optimized from such aspects as the composite block,blade geometry,cutter model,and cutter mechanics balance,etc.The modified bit was successfully used in the front-hill formation in Tarim.
