电缆入口装置技术改造

MODIFICATION OF CABLE ENTRY APPARATUS

  • 摘要: 电缆入口装置阻碍测井电缆运移是有线随钻测量施工中普遍遇到的问题。从改变电缆入口装置的电缆密封方式着手,将传统电缆入口装置的预填式密封组件改造为液控移动式密封组件,使随钻测井电缆在敞口状态下无阻碍地快速通过电缆入口装置,解除了随钻测井电缆因钢丝破断剥离并翻滚、堆积缠绕在电缆上的困扰,为延长测井电缆的使用寿命,提高有线随钻测量施工的可靠性、安全性进行了有益的探索。

     

    Abstract: Difficult cable tripping at the entry is a common problem encountered in wired LWD operation.By modifying the cable gland at the entry,the conventional pre-packed sealing assembly was modified into a hydraulic removable sealing assembly,which enables the cable to trip through the open entry apparatus rapidly,and eliminates the troubles of winding and piling up of broken wireline on the cable.The modified cable entry apparatus prolongs the life of logging cable,and improves the reliability and safety of LWD operation.
