中高含水井油套管碱性缓蚀技术

摘要: 针对中高含水油井采出水矿化度高、SRB(硫酸盐还原菌)发育及H2S、CO2含量较高易在油井井筒形成酸性环境,导致油套管腐蚀速度加剧的情况,研究了经济实用的非对称性NYS-9碱性防腐技术,在长庆陇东油田进行了现场试验。室内评价试验和现场应用结果表明,这种含氮的杂环化合物,能有效抑制含H2S、CO2及SRB的高矿化度水中N80油套管的腐蚀,同时通过添加硫脲及表面活性剂对目标分子的复配,使缓蚀效率进一步提高。该技术的开发对下一步中高含水油井油套管防腐治理具有良好的借鉴和指导意义。Abstract: A soul environment will formed and the corrosion of tubing and casing will intensified when the producing water has a high mineralization rate and contains SRB,H2S and CO2,an economical unsymmetrical alkli NYS-9 inhibitor was developed and applicated in Changqing Longdong Oilfield.The results of indoor and in-site test show that this heterocyclic compound with N can inhibit the corrosion effectively of N80 tubing and casing in a high mineralized water with SRB,H2S and CO2,at the same time,the inhibition rate was improved with the addition of sulfur-carbamide and surface active agent.It has a good use for reference to control corrosion of tubing and casing in oil with high content of water for the next step.
