多点套损井长井段密封加固技术

LONG SECTION PACKING AND MENDING TECHNOLOGY IN MULTIPLE POINTS CASING DAMAGED WELL

  • 摘要: 针对欢喜岭油田稠油区块多点套损井逐年增加的现状,试验了一种新型套管修复工艺——衬管封固技术。该技术操作简便,适用于任何深度套损井的修复,是修复长跨距、多点破损套管的一种较实用技术。与常规开窗侧钻、套管补贴和打更新井等措施比较,衬管固井技术扩大了应用范围、降低了施工成本。现场试验3口井,措施成功率100%。

     

    Abstract: A novel casing mending technique,liner packing technology is developed to solve the problem of increasing casing damaged holes in the thick oil block of Huanxiling Oilfield.This technology is easy for operation,suitable for mending casing damaged holes of any depth,and is very practical for mending casings of long damaging span with multiple damaging points.Compared with such measures as conventional sidetracking,casing patching and redrilling,the liner cementing technology has wider application range and can cut down the operation cost.This technology was tested in three wells with satisfactory results achieved.
