混镶金刚石钻头研制及应用

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF TSP BIT

  • 摘要: 针对巴楚地区深井地层致密,可钻性差的特点选取了具有代表性的岩性在室内进行了岩石力学特性参数测定,并对所钻地层特性进行了分析,在此基础上研究了新型混镶金刚石钻头结构,布齿方式,对该类钻头合理使用进行了探讨。同时研制了相应的混镶金刚石钻头,并在巴楚地区棋北三井进行了现场试验,机械钻速比其它金刚石钻头提高了56%~73%,试验结果表明混镶金刚石钻头具有广阔的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Researching the profile of TSP bit and developing the TSP bit on the Analyzing formation property of Bachu region,and the TSP bit is used in-situ testing in Qibei-3 well.The rate of penetration of the TSP bit is bring up 56%~67% on other bit.The developed TSP bit has widest applying foreground.
