铰接防斜钻具组合的设计与研究

STUDY AND DESIGN OF ARTICULATE DEFLECTING CONTROL BHA

  • 摘要: 为解决高陡构造的井斜问题,钻井界试验了很多办法,但真正能够实现大钻压降斜的技术措施仍然很少。研究了新型铰接钻具组合在大钻压下的防斜机理,推导出铰接防斜钻具组合的力学三弯矩方程组、钻头侧向力和钻头偏转角计算公式,并由此编制了计算和分析软件,得出了2种最优钻具组合;并在川东高陡构造的2口井上进行了探索性试验,取得了初步认识。

     

    Abstract: Many methods have been tried to solve the deflecting problem in highly steep structure,however with few successful under high WOB condition.The deflecting control mechanism of a novel articulate BHA under high WOB is determined,and its dynamic three bending moment equation,formula calculating the bit side force and bit deflection angle were also derivated;based on which,calculating and analyzing software was programmed.Two optimized BHAs were selected and tested in two wells in the highly steep structure of Chuandong area,with some useful knowledge obtained.
