提高粉细疏松砂岩气藏产量的洞穴完井技术

CAVITY COMPLETION WELL METHODS FOR IMPROVING PRODUCTIVITY OF FINE LOOSE SANDSTONE GAS RESERVOIRS

  • 摘要: 粉细疏松砂岩的出砂是气藏开采过程中日益严重的问题之一,而在其防治方面一直没有好的办法。从增产、控砂方面引入洞穴完井,研究了洞穴完井的适用性、形成条件及造洞方法、对其周围的岩石进行了受力分析,给出了临界出砂产量计算公式,研究了各参数对临界出砂产量的影响,并结合青海气田3口气井进行了算例分析。研究表明,洞穴完井是一种很好的增产控砂方式,其推广使用必将为天然气的防、控砂提供一条有效途径。

     

    Abstract: Sand production of fine loose sandstone is one of increasingly serious questions during gas reservoirs product,but methods about controlling sand are not found. Cavity completion well methods are introduced for increasing production and controlling sand, and applicability, condition and methods of producing cavities are introduced in the paper. Stress of surrounding rocks is analyzed, and the formula about critical productivity is given. The effects of all type of parameters to critical productivity are studied, and the analysis is given combined three gas wells in Qinghai gas field. Cavity completion well is good method in increasing production and controlling sand, and it will become an effective method to control sand through research.
