蒸汽吞吐井合理焖井时间的理论依据
REASONABLE SOAKING TIME FOR STEAM STIMULATION WELL

摘要: 通过能量平衡关系建立了蒸汽吞吐井合理焖井时间的理论模型。对比计算表明,前周期的剩余热量对焖井时间的影响较小;注汽参数是影响焖井时间的主要因素,随着注汽量和蒸汽干度增加,焖井时间逐渐增加;在相同注汽条件下,水平井的有效加热范围较大,焖井时间也相对增加。对于一般的蒸汽吞吐注汽条件,直井焖井时间为3~5d,而水平井焖井时间为5~7d,与矿场经验值相吻合。Abstract: Theoretical model to determine reasonable soaking time has been buih for steam stimulation well. It has been shown that steam injection parameters are the major effect to soaking time and remaining heat in previous cycle has little effect., the soaking time will prolong with the large amount of steam and high quality. Heated volume will be bigger for horizontal well and it has longer soaking time than vertical well under same injection condition. Reasonable soaking time are 3~5 days for vertical well and 5~7days for horizontal well for conventional injection state, it match field data.
