出砂井打捞管柱力学分析研究及其应用

STUDY ON FISHING STRING DYNAMICS IN SAND PRODUCING WELL AND ITS APPLICATION

  • 摘要: 出砂井落鱼管柱打捞需要对管柱的套铣长度进行选择,针对这一问题建立了井下管柱受力分析计算模型。利用力学分析模型分别对打捞施工过程中管柱摩擦力和大钩载荷进行了详细计算,为打捞施工过程中工程参数的选择提供了理论依据,为安全施工提供了技术保证。实践证明,计算模型简单实用,解决了出砂井落鱼管柱打捞过程中易出现复杂情况的问题。在打捞工艺中应用这一数学模型将进一步提高作业效率,降低作业成本。

     

    Abstract: When fishing the string fish in sand producer, string milling length should be optimized and a downhole string dynamic analysis model is established to calculate the length. By using the dynamic analysis model, string friction and hook load during operation were calculated and the results provided theoretical backups for the choosing of engineering parameters. It is proved that the calculating model is simple and practical, and the complicated troubles during fishing operation can be minimized by using it; furthermore, it can improve operation efficiency and cut down the operation cost.
